Open the vent valve on the pump return pipeline to release the gas formed during pre-cooling; close the vent valve once liquid begins to spray out evenly, and then open the valve that leads from the return pipeline to the storage tank. 3. Wait for 5–10 minutes and observe until the liquid cylinder is evenly frosted, indicating that the pre-cooling process is complete. Step 3: Start the pump. 1. Open the pump’s outlet and check the flow path from the pump outlet to the vaporizer to ensure it is unobstructed. 2. Power on the pump and confirm that the motor’s electromagnetic speed control valve is in the zero position. 3. Start the pump and turn on the control switch for the motor’s electromagnetic speed control valve. Adjust the motor speed to 600RPM–1200RPM. 4. Observe the operation of the pump, checking for any abnormal noises and ensuring that the sound is normal.
