Application of Sanfeng Graded Water-Coal Slurry Concentration Technology by China Coal Science & Engineering Corporation. According to the **Energy Administration, the Sanfeng Graded Water-Coal Slurry Concentration Technology developed by China Coal Science & Engineering Corporation’s Clean Energy Company has been adopted in large coal chemical enterprises such as China Coal Yulin, Sinopec, Shaanxi Coal, and Yangquan Fengxi. According to China National Coal Technology & Engineering Group Clean Energy, Ningxia and Ninghua Chemical use diversified slurry gasification, employing the company’s water-coal slurry concentration technology, which results in an average coal slurry concentration of 63.96%. Jinmei Mingshengda and Jinkong Mingshui both employ the water-coal slurry concentration technology developed by China National Coal Technology & Engineering Group. The 72-hour performance assessment and acceptance will be completed in January 2025. Inner Mongolia Yitai Chemical Company adopted the water-coal slurry concentration technology provided by China National Coal Technology Group for the transformation of its coal slurry concentration process, increasing the slurry concentration by 4 percentage points compared to the conventional rod mill slurry preparation method. Sinopec Great Wall Energy Chemical adopted the Sanfeng fractal grading concentration process technology developed by China National Coal Mine Technology Group to upgrade its existing coal slurry preparation system, increasing the coal slurry concentration from 60.70% to 64.12%. China Coal Shaanxi Company adopted the water-coal slurry concentration technology developed by China Coal Science & Technology; as a result, the average concentration of the coal slurry increased from 61.0% to 65.1%. This concentration technology was put into operation in May 2017.
