On October 8, 2019, Xinjiang Tianye’s 600,000-ton coal-based ethylene glycol project entered the final stage of installation, with commissioning planned for the end of the year; currently, the boilers and air separation units have already begun trial operations. To carry out decontamination work, Jinhua dispatched a technical team to the project site to implement the \"three inspections and four determinations\" process. Together with the technicians from Xinjiang Tianye, they conducted a thorough inspection of the equipment, pipelines, and instruments in the gas processing section, eliminating any potential hazards that could affect the operation of the facility and laying a solid foundation for its successful commissioning. The 600,000 tons per year coal-to-ethylene glycol project of Xinjiang Tianye Huihe New Materials Co., Ltd. utilizes the water-cooled wall waste boiler gasifier technology (Jinhua Furnace 3.0) developed by Beijing Qingchuang Jinhua Technology Co., Ltd.; the gasification pressure is 6.2 MPaG, and the effective gas production rate per furnace is 97,000 Nm3/h (CO + H2). The gasification unit is equipped with three operating units and one backup unit. Donghua Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. is responsible for the engineering design. The project is located in the Shihu Tan New Materials Industrial Park in Shihezi, Xinjiang
