(the Yanchang Jingbian Phase II project) was successfully installed, marking the entry into the final stage of installing the mechanical equipment for this unit. The circulating gas compressor has a net weight of 52 tons, with a maximum delivery capacity of 42,100 cubic meters per hour; it is lifted using a 200-ton truck crane. This compressor provides circulating power for the reactor; it features a labyrinth dry gas seal and offers advantages such as high transfer capacity, stable fluid flow rate, long operational life, and low failure rate. The media it transports mainly include propylene, ethylene, butylene, hydrogen, etc. Next, the PP3 unit will carry out tasks such as connecting the piping for the polishing process within the circulating gas system, as well as performing the \"three inspections and four fixations\" and \"purging and pressure testing\" for the reactor system. On April 10, the primary power supply to the desalinated water substation in the Yulin Energy Chemical Plant’s completion project was successfully established, marking the official commissioning of this substation. It now provides power support for the testing of the desalinated water treatment system. The desalinated water substation is equipped with 4 dry-type transformers with a capacity of 1600 kVA each. The successful power supply to this substation marks the entry of the desalinated water system into the testing phase, providing a solid foundation for the smooth testing of all components of the project as well as its operation in the future. Shaanxi Yanchang China Coal Yulin Energy Chemical Co., Ltd. is a large-scale chemical enterprise that utilizes coal, gas, and oil in integrated ways, established through a joint investment by Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum Group and China Coal Energy. It was founded on May 24, 2010, with a registered capital of 10 billion yuan. In accordance with the requirements of the **Petrochemical Industry Adjustment and Revitalization Plan** and the **Overall Plan for Energy Development and Utilization in the Ordos Basin**, the project was launched to build 8 main production units, including ones capable of producing 1.8 million tons per year of methanol, 1.5 million tons per year of residue catalytic thermal cracking (DCC), 600,000 tons per year of DMTO, 2 x 300,000 tons per year of polyethylene (PE), 2 x 300,000 tons per year of polypropylene (PP), and 90,000 tons per year of MTBE, along with the necessary supporting utility systems. The estimated investment for the facilities is 27 billion yuan, with 14 patented technologies from home and abroad being utilized. In November 2009, the project was designated as a \"Clean Coal Technology Demonstration and Promotion Project\" by relevant organizations such as the National Development and Reform Commission and the United Nations. The project is a key initiative of the Northern Shaanxi Energy and Chemical Industry Base, and it represents the first demonstration project for the comprehensive conversion of coal, gas, and oil by Yanchang Petroleum, aiming to achieve integrated production across various stages of the value chain. The first-phase project was completed and put into operation in July 2014, and transitioned from the construction phase to the production and operation phase in August 2015. The completion and improvement project for the first phase of Shaanxi Yanchang China Coal Yulin Energy Chemical Co., Ltd. (Yanchang Jingbian Phase II project) involves an investment of 14.413 billion yuan. Using coal and natural gas as raw materials, this project aims to build an integrated facility capable of producing 1.8 million tons per year of methanol, 600,000 tons per year of methanol-to-olefins products, 400,000 tons per year of polypropylene, and 300,000 tons per year of low-density polyethylene/ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (LDPE/EVA). The project is scheduled to be put into operation in the second half of 2020. Once operational, Yueneng Chemical’s polyolefin production capacity will reach 1.9 million tons per year, making it the largest polyolefin production project in Shaanxi Province at present.
