IV. Inspection Conclusion
1. This project has complied with the environmental protection laws and regulations applicable to construction projects, and all necessary environmental approval procedures have been fulfilled. The requirements for pollutant control and various environmental protection measures specified in the environmental impact assessment and the corresponding approvals have been largely implemented, and all environmental protection facilities operated stably and normally during the acceptance monitoring period. 2. During the acceptance monitoring period, the production rate should reach over 75%, satisfying the requirements for acceptance monitoring. 3. During the monitoring period, the waste gas, wastewater, and noise generated by this project were all discharged in compliance with the specified standards; all solid waste was properly disposed of and not released outside the facility. The monitoring results of environmental air, surface water, groundwater, and soil quality all meet the relevant requirements. 4. Based on the acceptance monitoring and on-site investigations conducted this time, the C4 comprehensive utilization transformation project of Shandong Yangmei Hengtong Chemical Co., Ltd. has essentially implemented the pollution control measures and various requirements specified in the environmental impact assessment approval, meeting the acceptance criteria.
