The height of the equipment itself is 20 meters, and its weight is 203 tons. The height of the gasification plant is 37.98 meters; the installation height is 17 meters, while the lifting height reaches 41 meters. It is lifted using a 650-ton crawler crane. Before the lifting operation, the Baofeng command center organized a meeting on site with the gasification project team, the construction team leaders, and the heavy-lifting company, to carry out technical and safety briefings in preparation for the equipment lifting plan, ensuring the smooth execution of the lifting of the large-scale equipment. This successful lifting has laid a solid foundation for the completion of the lifting work on the pulverized coal feed tank equipment for the five gasification units in this project.

The total investment in this project amounts to 2,112,960 million yuan. On August 11, 2017, the project was approved by the Development and Reform Commission of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. The project will construct a 2.2 million tons per year coke gasification methanol production facility, a 600,000 tons per year methanol to olefins facility, a 300,000 tons per year polyethylene facility, and a 300,000 tons per year polypropylene facility, along with the accompanying utility systems and auxiliary facilities. The project uses 6 space furnaces with a capacity of 2,000 tons of coal per day.
