Qualification requirements for bidders 3.1 Qualification requirements for bidders – A general contracting qualification for housing construction projects at level 3 or above is required ； China Chengda Xinjiang Zhongtai Jinhui BDO project is on the list of approved subcontractors. 3.2 Bidders shall not fall under any of the following circumstances: (1) Being the same person as the person in charge of another bidder for this project. (2) There is a direct controlling relationship with other bidders for this project. (3) Having a management relationship with other bidders for this project.
