Optimize the process structure and refine the operation of equipment. Based on the supply of natural gas and coal as well as the conditions in the fertilizer market, the production model and product structure are adjusted as appropriate. Production facilities are integrated and matched in a rational manner to maximize the efficiency of each facility, while efforts are made to reduce energy consumption during the production process. This ensures that the production system operates safely, with high quality, high efficiency, and low consumption throughout the year, resulting in energy consumption levels at their lowest in recent years. The energy consumption per unit of synthetic ammonia is 1,187 kgce/t, a decrease of 3.9% on a year-on-year basis; the energy consumption per unit of urea is 1,805 kgce/t, with a year-on-year decline of 4.6%. Lay a solid foundation for long-term operation through high-quality maintenance. Maintenance work was carried out during the winter gas supply restrictions and the shutdown period of the dual-system setup. As a result, the effective operating days for the main production units throughout the year totaled 266 days, an increase of 13 days compared to the previous year. Overcoming difficulties has unleashed vitality; technological innovation has yielded tangible results. In 2021, a total of 2 science and technology innovation projects were submitted to the group company. The project titled \"Research on Technologies to Reduce the Moisture Content in Finished Urea\" has been completed. Through comprehensive research and analysis, the root causes affecting the moisture content of finished urea were identified; problems were addressed one by one from the perspectives of equipment, manufacturing processes, and analysis, and corresponding strategies and control measures were established to ensure precise control over the moisture content of urea products. Through the implementation of the project, the expected goals were achieved, which strengthened the team’s confidence and ability to overcome challenges, as well as enhancing the team’s cohesion and creativity.
