This achievement marked the first time that both lines have operated for 200 days since the plant began production, setting a new record for long-term operation among similar plants in China. Since the plant was scheduled for maintenance and restart in October 2021, all employees at Tianju New Materials have, while ensuring proper safety measures including epidemic prevention, steadily advanced automation improvement projects. They overcame various challenges such as differences in operational control of the new DCS system following the implementation of inherent safety improvements, thereby optimizing control processes, stabilizing production, improving quality, and ensuring the plant’s long-term, safe, stable, efficient, and optimal operation. The production and profitability in the first quarter achieved the best results since the operation of Yuntianhua’s polyoxymethylene plant began, demonstrating excellent operational performance and a solid start.
