This marks a new improvement in the analysis and testing technologies of the research institute, with talent training playing a positive role. Measurement audit is the basis for CNAS (China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment) to assess a laboratory’s capabilities, and it is an essential part of laboratory accreditation. During the audit process, the laboratories involved conduct actual tests on the items under evaluation (materials or products). The proficiency testing body compares the test results with reference values, and the results of these measurements serve as an important technical basis for CNAS to assess a laboratory’s capabilities. The Environmental Protection Department of the research institute earnestly implements the requirements related to the \"dual carbon\" goals. By improving employee training and their operational skills, it integrates the concept of environmental protection, the responsibility for energy conservation and emission reduction, as well as the goal of achieving excellence into daily analysis and monitoring tasks. Special training is provided to the employees who participate in these measurement audits to ensure they can perform at their best during these audits. Through this audit, the testing capabilities and technical level of the Environmental Protection Department were further verified. This represents the application of external quality control methods to complement internal quality control techniques, laying a solid foundation for further improving various analysis and testing tasks in the future.
