Acidic water pH issue

We use a 20 t/h acidic water stripping process; the pH of the acidic water entering the system is above 6, while the pH of the purified water exiting the system is above 10. Why is this? The stripper temperature is 155, the side stream temperature is 120, and the pressure is 0.5. Why is there no flow in the side stream at all?
During the acidic water stripping process, hydrogen sulfide is essentially completely vaporized, but ammonia is not fully vaporized, resulting in a weakly alkaline condition. The pH of your acidic water input is also a bit low, which may pose a risk of corrosion to the pipelines and equipment in the system.
