Qualification Requirements 1. Bidders must be manufacturers registered within the People’s Republic of China and possessing independent legal person status ； 2. Bidders must possess the qualifications and capabilities to manufacture, supply, install the equipment specified in the tender, as well as to provide related services ； The products submitted must possess production licenses, mandatory certifications, label certificates, product qualification certificates, as well as product testing and inspection reports that comply with ** and the relevant industry regulations (bidders must provide the appropriate qualification documents in accordance with **’s and the industry’s regulations regarding the products to be submitted, as well as the requirements for the equipment in this bidding process) ； 3. The bidder must have a track record of supplying similar equipment that has been successfully put into operation in related industries over the past 3 years, with no major quality issues detected during installation, commissioning, or operation ； 4. The bidder shall not have had its business license revoked, or its relevant qualification (license, certification) certificates revoked (cancelled, terminated, seized) in the National Credit Information Publicity System for Market Entities (Enterprises); it shall not be listed on the list of enterprises with serious violations of laws and integrity issues and still under the penalty period; nor shall there be any other circumstances that affect its ability to bid and fulfill contracts. 5.
