Launch date: May 26, 2026. Location: Henan. Industry/project type: Power/wind power, new energy power generation/wind power, energy storage stations； New infrastructure and new industries / New industries / Hydrogen energy project owner: Sinopec Xinxing Henan New Energy Development Co., Ltd. Total investment amount: 268.23 million yuan. Current progress: Environmental impact assessment has been approved. Location of construction: Northern District, Mengjin District, Luoyang City, Henan Province. Scope of construction: The capacity of this project is 50MW, with 8 wind turbines of 6.25MW each, along with the corresponding substation equipment. The annual electricity generation volume is 81.92 GW·h, and the average annual operating hours per turbine are 1638 hours ； A new 35kV substation will be constructed, along with 10MW/20MWh of electrochemical energy storage. Progress milestone: May 22, 2026 – Public announcement regarding the acceptance of Luoyang Petrochemical’s 50MW wind power + hydrogen storage integrated demonstration project under the \"source-grid-load-storage\" framework (EIA approval process underway)
