China’s first DAC-coupled green hydrogen-to-methanol system officially exported

The 25th National \"Safety Production Month\" in 2026: Everyone talks about safety, and everyone knows how to handle emergencies; identifying and addressing risks and hazards. -------------------------------------------------- Recently, the DAC (Direct Air Capture) coupled with electrolysis for hydrogen and methanol production system, independently developed and integrated by Eps Energy Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., was successfully manufactured, tested, and approved, and then shipped to the project site in Australia. This system integrates key components such as DAC carbon capture, water electrolysis for hydrogen production, the recycling of CO₂, and the synthesis of green methanol, thereby enabling a complete technical pathway from carbon capture from the air to the production of green fuels. It provides an engineering-based demonstration solution for Power-to-X and carbon recycling. As an innovative company focused on water electrolysis for hydrogen production, CO2 electrolytic conversion, and electrochemical DAC technologies, Eps Energy continues to drive the transition of cutting-edge electrochemical technologies from the laboratory to industrial applications, establishing a comprehensive technology platform that covers key materials, electrolyzers, system equipment, as well as demonstration projects. The successful shipment of this project marks new progress in Eps Energy’s international expansion in the fields of low-carbon energy and carbon resource utilization.
