【Alkylation】How is the alkylation unit at Ningbo Haiyue performing?

Looking at old news from last March, it said production had stopped; I wonder if it’s still in operation? The CDAlky process is used; how does its economic efficiency compare to that of the sulfuric acid method? Also, I saw that they filed a patent last year on alkylation catalysts that use solid superacids; ion liquids seem to be just a gimmick. Anyone who is familiar with this situation, please share your thoughts
According to Haiyue Shares’ 2012 annual report: http://stock.sohu.com/20130427/n374196912.shtml, the company opted for Rums’ CDALKY alkylation process, namely low-temperature sulfuric acid alkylation. The shutdown of the facility was likely due to the instability of this process itself or a shortage of C4 raw materials.
