How are the heat loss losses of the heating furnace in a atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit calculated? When calculating the thermal efficiency of a heating furnace in operation, the heat loss due to radiation is much greater than the designed value. One needs to measure the temperature themselves in order to calculate it. But I don’t know how to select the temperature measurement points, and once those points have been chosen, I’m not sure how to calculate the heat loss of the heating furnace.
