Recently, I was working on maintaining the HaliTech systems for a client. There were no issues with the DCS system, but the SIS system required template replacements twice. Have other users who have worked with this system encountered such problems? How long is the average template replacement time for HollySys’ SIS system?
Well, there are indeed such problems at some sites.
Has the reason been analyzed? Is it interference from the on-site instruments or a problem with the template itself?
It’s hard to say whether Allen-Bradley SIS systems have many failures, but the spare parts are very expensive.
Well, I also hope that domestic manufacturers will mature soon
Beijing Ottoman’s TSxPlus system, which features entirely independent intellectual property rights, offers users a comprehensive range of solutions for safety and critical equipment such as SIS, ESD, FGS, ITCC, IGCC, DEH, BMS, and HIPPS. It has obtained TUV Rheinland SIL3 functional safety certification, as well as information security SL1 certification. I hope colleagues in the industry will get in touch with us; Peng Xian from Beijing Otoman’s sales team can be reached at 18910909398 (just a small advertisement)
It’s been in use for over a year without any problems. The system and related components were upgraded once during that time. It works fine for online publishing; I’ve done it twice so far
