It’s the type of flanged level transmitter with capillaries, not those with an insertion tube. They are usually made of stainless steel. Rosemount has a model in which both the insertion tube and the entire material in contact with the liquid are covered with tantalum foil. I need to manufacture such a device now; I’m not sure if there is any manufacturer capable of producing it in this way
You must be referring to capillary extension flange level transmitters; ROSEMOUNT, Yokogawa, and ABB can all manufacture such devices.
Yes, but I’m looking for domestic manufacturers at the moment
Are there any other recommendations? For these old state-owned enterprises, the price is not much different from that of imported ones
For tantalum material ones, you can get in touch with Shanghai Aoxiang. I ordered two tantalum double-flange level gauges from them before; see if they can handle this order
It’s just this material. {:2_31:} Is the price acceptable? {:2_33:}
I’m looking for someone who can do this; as for the price, it can be discussed further
Considering the operating conditions, if the entire extension section is made of tantalum, the price will definitely be high. In fact, by finding good channels, the price of Rosemount can still be reduced!
