There is little sense in carrying out liquefaction, but for other reasons, the person in question can consult with liquefaction manufacturers to carry out proper pre-treatment before proceeding with liquefaction.
Could you explain in detail why it doesn’t hold much significance?
The components are quite complex to begin with; a large amount of adsorption and removal of these harmful substances is required before liquefaction. The effective component, CH4, accounts for less than 37% of the total. Moreover, recovering the large amount of hydrogen-rich nitrogen gas after liquefaction is also a complicated process. Given the costs associated with producing this gas and recovering these impurities, one can wonder what the point of liquefaction is.
What do you think would be a more suitable use for this gas?
