Construction location: No. 24, Tianqu West Road, Decheng District, Dezhou City, Shandong Province. Project Overview: The proposed DMF technology upgrade project aims to replace the existing 1# DMF unit in Plant A. It involves constructing units such as a methamine plant, a tank farm, a DMF unit, and a CO membrane separation unit in Plant A. The planned production capacity is 100,000 tons per year for the DMF unit, 100,000 tons per year for the methamine unit, and 20,000 Nm3/h for the CO membrane separation unit, with an annual operating time of 8,000 hours. The project makes use of existing utility facilities such as accident water transfer ponds, accident water tanks, and sewage treatment plants, and upgrades the fire water tanks; it also constructs new facilities including a compressor building, unit tank areas, a circulating water station, a control room, and a substation.
