Date: 2022-02-19 Views: 23 Recently, Zhongke Hefei Gasification Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Zhonghe Gasification”) and Dongfang Hope (Sanmenxia) Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Dongfang Hope”) signed a contract for the general contracting of a circulating fluidized bed gas furnace project in the gas production area, aiming to work together on the construction of a gas station for alumina calcination. Oriental Hope Aluminum Co., Ltd. was established in 2003, jointly founded by Oriental Hope Group and Steadfast Trading Co., Ltd. It specializes in the development of bauxite mines, as well as the production and sales of alumina. The project is located in the Tiantan Industrial Park, Mianchi County, Sanmenxia City, Henan Province. It plans to install 3 circulating fluidized bed gasifiers with a capacity of 66,000 Nm3/h each, to supply heat energy for 5 alumina calcination furnaces. Once put into operation, it will significantly reduce gas costs, increase the level of automation in the gasification process, and improve the surrounding environment. The circulating fluidized bed coal gasification technology boasts key advantages such as strong adaptability to different types of coal, low energy consumption and costs, high overall energy efficiency, low emissions of waste substances, and high technical reliability.
