How to deal with a clogged fuel gas burner?

The fuel gas burners in the sulfur production furnaces of sulfur recovery units usually need to be purged and cooled with nitrogen after being switched to acidic gas operation mode. Due to an operational error, nitrogen was not used for purging in a timely manner; when nitrogen was finally used for purging, it was found that the fuel gas burners were blocked. I wonder if other users have encountered similar problems and what should be done to address them?
If it’s in driving mode, I think you can try introducing steam, but you need to control the amount. What type of burner do you have? Ducker burners don’t have this issue at all
I searched online for ages but found no information at all; maybe industrial applications for this burner are extremely rare
