According to Shanxi Tianze Coal Chemical Industry, on the morning of July 29, 2025, Zhu Yuying, the executive vice general manager of Aerospace Changzheng Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd., along with technical and business managers, visited Shanxi Tianze Coal Chemical Industry Group Co., Ltd. for technical exchanges. The two sides had in-depth discussions on the pressurized gasification technology for the first phase of the group company’s integrated project for new coal chemical industry green materials. Zhang Quanlin, assistant to the general manager of the group company, Li Hongtai, deputy chief engineer, Li Huiling, head of the technical department, as well as heads of relevant departments such as the company’s project department, production department, and safety and environmental protection department, attended the discussion and exchange. At the meeting, Aerospace Changzheng Company highlighted the development of pressurized gasification technology for aerospace applications, and conducted a comparative analysis of the design and performance of aerospace quenching processes versus semi-waste boiler processes. The two sides had in-depth discussions on various aspects related to the pressurized gasification technology used in space furnaces, including the suitability of Jincheng high-sulfur coal as a fuel source, coal consumption, oxygen consumption, slag treatment, quenching processes, semi-waste boiler processes, and the level of automation. According to the information published on the Weituo Bidding and Procurement Platform, the new coal chemical industry and green new materials integration project of Shanxi Tianze Coal Chemical Group Co., Ltd. uses high-sulfur pulverized coal from Jincheng as raw material to produce products such as synthetic ammonia, urea, urea-based compound fertilizers, and polyoxymethylene. In the first phase, 1 million tons of synthetic ammonia, 1 million tons of peptide-chelated urea, 1 million tons of urea-based compound fertilizer, and 1 million tons of high-efficiency compound fertilizer will be produced. The project plans to use high-sulfur coal from Jincheng to build units for gasification, air separation, purification, ammonia synthesis, urea production, and compound fertilizer manufacturing. The construction of the Shanxi Tianze New-type Coal Chemical Industry Green New Materials Integrated Project, which involves the production of 1 million tons of synthetic ammonia, utilizes spacecraft furnace pressure gasification technology
