Design and equipment supply for processing 40 tons of tar

Dear engineers: Our company is looking to find equipment and technology capable of processing 40 tons of tar per day. Given that the volume is small, could anyone recommend a supplier who can provide such equipment and design solutions? All coal tar these days is treated as waste; please, those who are passing by, kindly offer your guidance.
40 tons per day – that’s certainly too little. It’s a bit larger than the laboratory-scale pilot units, but still much smaller than pilot plants; let alone industrial-scale facilities. Does tar need to be subjected to hydrogenation treatment? There are many supporting facilities, including hydrogen production and auxiliary engineering; it’s recommended to sell it outright
The initial investment does not yield enough returns from the recovers, and the operating costs are high; it is not feasible on a large scale, making it pointless – it’s better to entrust the task to companies with the capability to process tar.
Our company has a complete set of tar processing technology packages, but a processing capacity of 40 tons is somewhat too low, making it uneconomical. If considering the tar processing industry, expanding the scale could be an option
