At 9:55 a.m. on February 22, Unit A of the gasification unit at Yan’an Energy Chemical’s Gasification and Purification Center stopped operating as planned after running continuously and stably for 89 days, breaking the record for the longest operating time of such a unit since it was put into use. This not only raised the company’s production standards to a new level but also provided a model for achieving longer periods of stable operation for the gasification and purification facilities. It is understood that since its trial production, the center has been committed to overcoming the key constraints associated with the long-term operation of the equipment, scientifically optimizing the process design parameters and operating parameters, and strictly controlling various process indicators. Stabilize the water quality of the system by adjusting in real time the dosage of dispersants and coagulants, etc., to ensure the continuous operation of the gasification system ； Continuously strengthen inspection efforts, and promptly replace the wear-prone parts of equipment such as slag scrapers and filters to maintain optimal operating conditions for the equipment.
