On May 16, the lifting of the first gasifier, weighing 238 tons, for the Jinmei Mingshengda 40.60 project was successfully completed. The successful lifting of the gasifier this time marks the project’s overall construction entering a fast track, and it represents an important milestone in the entire project development. The Jinmei Mingshengda Clean Coal Gasification Project represents an important milestone in Shandong Jinmei Mingshengda Co., Ltd.’s transition from urban areas to industrial parks and its pursuit of industrial upgrading. Located in the Ningyang Biochemical High-Tech Industrial Park in Tai’an City, Shandong Province, the project has a total investment of over 10 billion yuan, of which 3.5 billion yuan is allocated to the first phase, during which advanced clean coal gasification technologies from within China are to be introduced. It is primarily designed as an industrial gas facility, capable of producing 150 million cubic meters of hydrogen, 50 million cubic meters of carbon monoxide, 30 million cubic meters of nitrogen, and 100,000 tons of liquid ammonia per year. Once in operation, it will provide sufficient and stable raw materials such as hydrogen, steam, liquid ammonia, carbon monoxide, and inert gases to support the development of a circular economy as well as the expansion of industrial chains in the Ningyang Economic Development Zone in Shandong Province ； A new 4060 project has been launched, with an annual production capacity of 400,000 tons of synthetic ammonia and 600,000 tons of urea ； A heating center will be built in the industrial park, equipped with three coal powder boiler units capable of 300 tons per hour each, to supply heat to the enterprises in the park as well as nearby residential areas; these boilers can produce 4 million tons of high-quality steam per year.
