Torch tip freeze

Is there no ignition nozzle or pilot light?
The reason for freezing is either the blockage caused by molecular packing or the failure of the heating system within the molecular pack; it can be addressed according to the specific situation
Coal chemical industry flares in the western region. This indicates that the design of the torch head was inadequate, as the climate of specific cold regions in the west was not taken into account.
Thank you for your reply. The flare does not have a molecular seal; it is preliminarily assumed that the smoke-suppressing steam has condensed and frozen inside the flare tip over time
There are also operational issues: when there is no flare emission, the steam used for smoke suppression should be completely turned off, rather than kept running continuously
It has been taken care of; the process took seven days
