The EPCO project for the zero-discharge treatment of concentrated brine at the Anhui (Huaibei) New Coal Chemical Synthesis Materials Base has been successfully completed and put into operation. The EPCO project, undertaken by Shanghai Jingyu Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd., was completed successfully, with production starting right away without any issues; qualified sodium sulfate and sodium chloride were produced, thereby ensuring the normal operation of the enterprises within the entire coal chemical park. This project represents another significant achievement for Jingyu Environment in the field of zero-discharge treatment of industrial wastewater in industrial parks. ▲ During the project construction period, affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, the company’s leaders at all levels and all members of the project team worked together with one heart, overcoming difficulties head-on to ensure the successful completion and commissioning of the project. ▲ The evaporation crystallization unit of this project has a processing capacity of 960 t/d. It utilizes core technologies independently developed by Jingyu Environment. The entire process flow includes pretreatment, sodium sulfate crystallization unit, and sodium chloride crystallization unit, along with supporting utility systems and auxiliary facilities such as a chemical dosing system, sludge handling system, and circulating water system.
