Overview of the Construction Project The existing plant of Henan Jinmei Tianqing Coal Chemical Co., Ltd. is located in the Qinbei Industrial Park within the Qinyang City industrial cluster. In actual operation, the 5 gasifiers are often in a faulty state, resulting in frequent unplanned maintenance tasks; as a result, the production capacity cannot reach 100%, and there are safety and environmental hazards. Due to the characteristics of the coal used, as well as the current level of materials and manufacturing techniques, it is difficult to significantly increase the operating cycle of the gasification units in the short term. Therefore, this project aims to add another gasifier, enabling regular and planned maintenance of the gasifiers, thereby ensuring long-term, safe, and stable operation of the gasification units and allowing the existing production capacity to reach 100%. The investment for the preparation of the gasifier in this project amounts to 50 million yuan, with construction to be carried out on the available land within the existing factory site. This project is of a renovation nature. This project involves adding another gasifier as a spare unit; once completed, the plant will have a total of 7 gasifiers, with 5 in use, 1 under maintenance, and 1 as a spare. This project has been registered with the Qinyang City Industrial Cluster Management Committee (project code: 2018-410882-45-03-032975), and its construction is in line with **industrial policies.
