Song Dongsheng, vice chairman of Guanghui Group and chairman of Guanghui Energy, along with Lin Faxian, general manager of Guanghui Energy, accompanied the inspection. During the inspection, Chen Dexin and his team visited the sites where key projects were being carried out in various units. They listened to presentations on the overall operation of the VOC treatment systems, air separation units, and methane separation units in Hami New Energy Company, and learned about the safety, environmental protection, as well as energy-saving effects of these technical improvement projects ； To learn from mining companies about coal resource reserves, future development plans, the operation of railway fast-loading systems, and railway shipping capacity, etc ； At the same time, information was obtained regarding the 10 million tons per year coal grading, upgrading, and comprehensive utilization project in the clean refining sector, as well as the progress of the 600,000 tons per year crude aromatic hydrocarbons hydrogenation project under construction. Chen Dexin said that through the research, he gained a deeper understanding of Guanghui Energy’s industrial layout and development prospects. The company has achieved good results in areas such as energy conservation and consumption reduction, technological upgrades, safety and environmental protection, expansion of the project’s industrial chain, as well as improving its profitability and overall strength. I am confident in the further deepening of cooperation between the two sides, and hope that they will enhance exchanges and achieve mutual benefit and common development on the basis of reciprocity. Subsequently, the two sides had in-depth discussions on further revitalizing the assets of the Gansu Honghui project and reached a consensus.
