In DMTO units, the water used for purification and the wastewater discharged contain high levels of oil and solids over time, which leads to pipeline blockages and difficulties in subsequent wastewater treatment. Do any experts have any solutions to this problem?
To the best of my knowledge, the current solutions are as follows: 1. The high solid content is due to the fact that the filters used in the quench water washing process do not meet the requirements, which results in the catalyst being carried into the downstream system. 1. The drainage from the sedimentation tank can be increased to remove some of the catalyst. 2. Control the flow rate of FV1118 to ensure the effectiveness of the three-stage reaction, and remove the catalyst from V1105 in a timely manner. 2. It contains oil; oily substances are mainly found in the washing system. 1. It can increase the discharge volume of the gasoline pump at the bottom of the washing tower, as well as the oil discharge volume of the oil remover in the system. 2. Technically modify the sedimentation tank by adding an oil discharge line at two-thirds of its length to ensure the proper composition of the product entering the stripping tower. 3. Increase the recovery of concentrated water and non-condensable gas.
1. Increase catalyst hardness at the source. 2. Modify the cyclone separators inside the reactor and buffer tank. 3. Add deoxygenated water to the tower for replacement and dilution
It is difficult to reduce the oil content in wastewater to 100 pm using physical methods; by adding chemicals at the ppm level, oil-water separation can be achieved as long as the wastewater is left to stand for 17 hours.
