The main function of oil transportation is to remove impurities and moisture that enter the fuel tank and oil system during equipment installation, thereby preventing wear on the equipment’s gears caused by these impurities, as well as emulsification of the lubricating oil due to moisture, which would undermine the lubricating effects of the oil. The successful commencement of the oil transportation work will lay a solid foundation for the subsequent individual unit tests of the equipment in this project. At the work site, after the process operators confirmed repeatedly that the oil transfer procedure was correct, they started the vacuum oil filter step by step in accordance with the specified startup procedures, and checked the equipment’s operation every hour to ensure its safe and stable functioning.
