It is reported that the total investment in this project amounts to 13.6 billion yuan. The project covers an area of 1,721.7 mu, with a building area of 208,758 square meters. It will mainly include facilities for producing 300,000 tons per year of nylon 66, 200,000 tons per year of hydrocyanic acid, 300,000 tons per year of adiponitrile, 300,000 tons per year of hexamethylenediamine, 150,000 tons per year of cyclohexanol, 200,000 tons per year of adipic acid, 250,000 tons per year of synthetic ammonia, 200,000 tons per year of nitric acid, and 130,000 Nm3/h of hydrogen produced from lignite. In addition, there will be auxiliary production facilities such as raw material warehouses, areas for storing raw materials, finished products, and intermediates, power distribution systems, circulating water facilities, sewage treatment plants, fire protection systems, office buildings, central control rooms, laboratory buildings, air separation units, and desalination stations. Upon completion, it will have an annual production capacity of 300,000 tons of nylon 66, 159,600 tons of ammonium sulfate (solid), 56,000 tons of methylenglycolamine, 143,100 tons of hexamethylenediamine, 34,700 tons of cyclohexane, 12,200 tons of ammonia water, and 13,200 tons of dicarboxylic acids. Tangshan Xuyang New Materials Co., Ltd. is controlled by Tangshan Xuyang Petrochemical Co., Ltd. It was established on May 14, 2021, with a registered capital of 1 billion RMB. It operates in the industry of chemical raw materials and chemical products manufacturing. Its business scope includes project preparation (except for those projects that require approval according to law; business activities can be carried out independently in accordance with the law based on the business license).
