The project is located in the Lubao Coking Industrial Zone, Dianshang Town, Lucheng City, Changzhi City. The total investment in the project is 3.2 billion yuan. The enterprise makes use of its existing production capacity to build large and small-scale facilities, constructing 2 million tons per year of coke ovens with a chamber height of 7.65 meters, 2×70 chambers, and a 7.65-meter-high top-loading design – these are currently the largest top-loading coke ovens in China. Accompanying this are 3×220t/h circulating fluidized bed boilers (two in operation and one as backup) ； Construct public systems for coal storage, coke discharge, air compression, circulating water, acid production from waste liquids, power supply, etc ； Separately construct wet quenching units, dry quenching units, waste heat power generation units, chemical product recovery units, and environmental protection facilities.
