The specific price range, scope of procurement, and the specific requirements to be met shall be in accordance with the corresponding requirements set out in the procurement specifications of these negotiation and procurement documents ； 2.2 Delivery period: within 120 days after the signing of the contract agreement ； 2.3 Delivery location: Methanol Division of Xinjiang Guotai Xinhua Chemical Co., Ltd ； 3 Supplier Qualification Requirements 3.1 Suppliers must be legally established and meet the following requirements: (1) Qualification requirements: ① Manufacturers that possess independent legal person status registered in the People’s Republic of China, along with a valid business license ； ②The supplier must provide a valid production license for special equipment (pressure vessel manufacturing) or a manufacturing license for special equipment (pressure vessels) ； (2) Performance requirements: Proof of supply performance for similar goods over the past three years is required (based on supply contracts from December 2019 to the present; at least one such contract is needed) ； (3) Credit requirements: The supplier must not have any record of being a \"person subject to enforcement for breach of credit\" on the \"Credit China\" website (http://www.creditchina.gov.cn/) ； It is not listed on the list of enterprises with serious violations of laws and dishonesty on the **Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (http://ww.gsxt.gov.cn/)**. (4) Other requirements: Different entities that have the same person as their responsible party, or that are in a holding or management relationship, shall not participate in this negotiation simultaneously. 3.2 The supplier shall not be in any of the following situations: (1) Being ordered to suspend production or operations, having its license temporarily seized or revoked, its permit temporarily seized or revoked, or its qualification certificate revoked ； (2) Entering liquidation proceedings, or being declared bankrupt, or other circumstances resulting in the loss of the ability to perform obligations ； (3) Others: None 3.3 This procurement does not accept consortia ； 4 Acquisition of Procurement Documents 4.1 Time for acquisition: 17:00 on December 9, 2022, to 17:00 on December 14, 2022 (Beijing time) * 5 Submission of Response Documents 5.1 The deadline for submitting response documents is 9:30 on December 22, 2022 (Beijing time) ；
