On November 7, Lu’an Group’s Coal-Based Clean Energy Company convened a meeting to start the completion inspection for the 180 project. Xiao Yaning, the group’s vice general manager, heads of relevant departments, members of the leadership team of the Coal-Based Clean Energy Company, as well as representatives from the Chemical Industry Quality Supervision Station, various quality supervision agencies, supervision companies, and contractors attended the meeting. At the meeting, the head of the company’s engineering department provided a detailed report on the progress of the project acceptance process as well as the current operating status of the project. In accordance with the requirements of the \"Project Completion Acceptance Management Procedures\" and the \"Regulations on the Completion Acceptance of Petrochemical Construction Projects\", the acceptance process is divided into three stages: intermediate handover acceptance, acceptance of individual projects, and final project completion acceptance. A special acceptance team was established to make specific arrangements for the project acceptance work plan. Xiao Yanning emphasized that since the project began construction in 2013, thanks to the concerted efforts of all parties involved, it took four years for Project 180 to move from the infrastructure construction phase to the trial production stage. The successful completion of this project is a significant achievement in Shanxi’s efforts at transformation and reform. We must attach great importance to the inspection process, ensure safety from the very beginning of the project, and guarantee the smooth operation of subsequent production activities.
