Experts from the group’s evaluation team for coal chemical projects outside the province conducted a comprehensive assessment of the 4 million tons/year coal indirect liquefaction project and the 800,000 tons/year joint production project for high-end chemical products. At the meeting, the evaluation team listened to reports from Time Energy Company regarding the background, investment plans, technical processes, market prospects, and administrative procedures associated with the 4 million tons per year coal indirect liquefaction project and the 800,000 tons per year joint production project of high-end chemical products. Discussions were also held on matters such as the product structure. The evaluation team requested that Times Energy Company adhere to a development philosophy centered on sustainability, high standards, and precision. While advancing project construction, it should continue to strengthen market research, optimize its product portfolio, and extend its industrial chain, striving to increase the added value of its products as well as the company’s core competitiveness. The goal is to build a high-end energy and chemical enterprise that excels in terms of technological sophistication, management quality, efficiency, and risk resistance. Before the meeting, the evaluation team conducted on-site inspections at the coal-to-oil project’s production site, the 100,000 tons per year high-temperature Fischer-Tropsch synthesis unit area, and the central control room. Construction Scale and Main Contents: A 4 million tons/year coal indirect liquefaction plant, along with the associated utility systems and auxiliary facilities, will be built using the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis technology developed by Yankuang Group; this will enable the production of 4.1689 million tons of high-quality oil products and chemicals per year.
