The 35KV substation of a unit in Bohua’s “two-in-one” relocation and renovation project, undertaken by China Tianchen Company, was successfully powered up at once; power was also transmitted to downstream substations. This marks the full commencement of tasks such as individual equipment testing, instrument calibration, and furnace drying at the site! Author/Source: China Tianchen; Date: 2021-07-23; Clicks: 6 This unit draws power from the 35KV bus of the upstream 220KV main substation; it serves as the power hub of the project, responsible for supplying electricity to the process units and auxiliary equipment. It is a prerequisite for tasks such as equipment testing, instrument calibration, and furnace drying on site. To ensure a successful power transmission and reception on the first attempt, the Buhua \"Two Modernizations\" Relocation Project Team of Tianchen Company, in collaboration with the project owner, established a leadership team for substation power transmission and reception. This team defined the responsibilities of each party, carefully planned the work procedures, thoroughly identified potential hazards associated with power transmission and reception, and conducted safety and technical briefings at various levels. The \"Two Modernizations\" Relocation Project Team of Tianchen Company’s Bohua Branch adheres to the principle of refined management. It formulates detailed plans for the power supply and reception at substations, organizes joint inspections prior to such operations on multiple occasions, and addresses the issues identified during these inspections through a systematic approach of identification, planning, implementation, and verification. This ensures a closed-loop management process that includes planning, inspection, and corrective actions, with tasks being completed within set deadlines.
