The funding for this project comes from internal sources. *This project meets the requirements for bidding, and public bidding for domestic qualification review is now being conducted for it. 2. Project Overview and Scope of Bidding 2.1 Project Overview, Scope of Bidding, and Division into Bid Sections/Packages: 2.1.1 Project Overview: The project addresses the poor thermal deoxidation performance of the deaerators used for boiler feedwater in the methanol production plant’s 4 drum boilers (with a control pressure of 9.81 MPa G). The dissolved oxygen level in the boiler feedwater is higher than the specified standard (the standard requires ≤7 μg/L, while the current level is consistently above 60 μg/L), which can lead to issues such as boiler corrosion. This project aims to develop and apply deep deoxidation technologies using hollow fiber membranes for boiler feedwater, so as to ensure that the boiler feedwater meets the required standards. 2.1.2 Scope of the bidding (1) To supply the deaeration and degassing membrane skid-mounted components required for the project, as well as all related main and auxiliary materials (including pipelines, equipment, electrical and instrumentation systems, etc.). The contractor shall be responsible for all aspects related to the project, including its design, manufacturing, procurement, civil works, transportation, installation, operation, fabrication of equipment buildings, commissioning, defect correction, technical services, performance testing, training, and preparation of completion reports. (2) After winning the bid, the bidder shall, at the request of the buyer, provide the spooling materials for the interface with the original desalinated water unit during the major maintenance of the unit. 2.1.3 Delivery period: within 9 months (including 9 months) from the date of contract signing. 2.1.4 Delivery location: **Methanol Branch of Ningxia Coal Industry Co., Ltd., Energy Group.** 2.2 Others: / 3. Bidder Qualification Requirements 3.1 Qualification and Experience Requirements: [1] Qualification Requirements: Bidders must be legally registered independent legal entities or other organizations, and must provide valid proof documents ； 【2】Financial requirements: / 【3】Performance requirements: From January 2018 to the bid deadline (subject to the contract signing date), the bidder must have at least 2 contract achievements in supplying complete sets of degassing membrane equipment.
