With commissioning imminent, the construction of the gasifier – as an essential piece of equipment in the gasification system – has become one of the key tasks in the Jiujiang project. To accelerate the construction progress, the project department and the Sixth Factory quickly formulated a plan to advance the furnace construction process. In terms of the manufacturing process, team members conducted multiple discussions and evaluations of the furnace construction plan to ensure that it complies with relevant standards ； Regarding the materials used, a dual review is conducted on-site and through documents to ensure the integrity and suitability of the materials used for building the furnace. Additionally, special plans are put in place for the transportation and protection of these materials to mitigate the effects of adverse weather conditions ； In terms of safety, training on key safety points is provided to supervisors and construction workers to minimize the occurrence of accidents. After thorough preparation, on September 24, the first refractory brick was successfully placed in Gasifier A, marking the official start of the furnace construction work. To ensure the quality of furnace construction, the project department, in collaboration with the Sixth Factory, established a furnace construction team to address quality and safety issues throughout the process. A summary was prepared daily to promptly resolve any problems that arose during construction. On October 31, Gasifier A passed the acceptance inspection, and the construction of A was successfully completed. At this point, the gasifier enters the furnace drying stage.
