Linde and Dalian Iceberg Group jointly build hydrogen refueling stations Author/Source: Linde Engineering Date: 2020-12-04 Clicks: 7 Recently, Linde and Dalian Iceberg Group signed an agreement to establish a joint venture in Dalian, Liaoning Province, in order to build hydrogen refueling stations and meet the growing market demand in the Asia-Pacific region. Starting in 2021, this hydrogen refueling station will supply hydrogen fuel to local fuel cell vehicles. In the future, the production capacity of the Linde hydrogen refueling station will be further increased. Linde possesses advanced technologies and solutions in the areas of hydrogen production, processing, storage, and distribution, as well as a comprehensive system for the production and delivery of liquid hydrogen. The company also operates the world’s first high-purity hydrogen storage cave, and possesses a hydrogen pipeline network of over 1,000 kilometers to provide customers with reliable hydrogen energy supply services. At the same time, Linde is also at the forefront of the transition to clean hydrogen energy; it has currently participated in the construction of over 190 hydrogen refueling stations worldwide and operates 80 sets of hydrogen electrolyzers. This technology is provided worldwide by ITMLinde Electrolysis, a joint venture newly established by Lin Dexin. Linde has a long history of cooperation with Dalian Iceberg Group; since 2005, it has been producing and selling large-scale air separation equipment as well as its components, and Dalian has become Linde Engineering’s most important production base in China. Dr. Alexander Unterschuetz, Senior Vice President of Linde Engineering, said, “The Asian market has always been a pioneer in hydrogen-powered solutions.” We have been successfully collaborating with the Iceberg Group in Dalian for many years; Dalian is an ideal location for us to expand our production capacity. ”
