The direct-cooling to indirect-cooling conversion projects of Shanxi Tianze Group are being put into operation one after another! Recently, the direct conversion project for the coal chemical group of Shanxi Tianze Group, undertaken by Shanghai Jingye, was successfully put into operation in mid-September ； This marks the completion of all the direct-cooling to indirect-cooling conversion projects for the three factories under Tianze Group, which were constructed by Shanghai Jingye. The clean fixed-bed gas generation and integrated treatment project for multiple pollution sources at Plant 1 of Tianze Group’s Yongfeng Fertilizer Company, which was constructed by Shanghai Jingye, as well as Systems 1#, 2#, and 3# of Plant 1 of the same facility, were completed on schedule thanks to the care and strong support of the leaders at all levels of Tianze Group! The newly installed #1 gas filtration and purification modules at Plant 1, as well as #1, #2, and #3 modules at Plant 2, were brought online in a phased manner; they were connected to the main system on August 20 and September 10, 2021, respectively ； All the parameters of the gas filtration and purification module GCM exceed the design specifications, including key indicators such as system pressure differential, pressure fluctuations, and ash hopper temperature. The direct modification project for Tianze Gasification Plant: The 1#, 2#, 3#, 4#, 6#, and 7# units of Plant 1, which are part of the integrated treatment project for multiple pollution sources using clean fixed-bed gas generation technology at Tianze Group’s gasification plant in the west, were constructed by Shanghai Jingye. With the care and strong support of various leaders at Tianze Group, these units were successfully put into operation on August 22, with the gas filtration and purification modules also starting up simultaneously ； All the parameters of the gas filtration and purification module GCM exceed the design specifications; this applies to key indicators of this module such as system pressure difference, pressure fluctuations, and ash hopper temperature The project of Shanghai Jingye in the Jincheng area has been successfully put into operation. This indicates that the companies under Tianze Group have completed the upgrading and transformation of their clean-type fixed-bed systems. It is in line with the overall requirements set out in the \"2021–2022 Autumn and Winter Plan for Comprehensive Control of Air Pollution\", which emphasize precise and scientific approaches to pollution control as well as efforts to reduce pollution and carbon emissions. This will make a significant contribution to reducing emissions in the region, improving air quality, and achieving the targets related to VOCs. It is foreseeable that Tianze Group will become a regional benchmark for the use of clean-type fixed-bed technologies in environmental protection, thereby making its due contribution to the comprehensive control of air pollution in the Jincheng area during this winter and next spring.
