Remarks: 1. The equipment names, quantities, and parameters shall be subject to the technical specifications. 2. Unit to which the bid-winning equipment will be delivered: Hualu Hengsheng (Jingzhou) Co., Ltd ； Address: No. 1 Hengsheng Road, Coal, Electricity, Port and Chemical Industry Park, Jiangling Economic Development Zone, Jingzhou City, Hubei Province. III. Qualification requirements for bidders 1. Bidders must be entities registered in China with independent legal person status, capable of assuming civil liability independently, in good financial condition, with a registered capital of 10 million yuan or more, and must provide audited financial reports for the years 2020 or 2021 (including an overview, income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement) ； 2. Bank credit certificate or AAA-grade corporate financial credit rating certificate ； 3. Have a track record of operating equipment with the same or similar specifications in the past three years; provide a performance list and copies of representative contracts ； 4. Bidders must be manufacturers with the capabilities for the design, manufacturing, and technical support of the products they bid on ； 5. The ability to fulfill the contract, including the required professional and technical qualifications and capabilities, financial resources, equipment and other facilities, management skills, experience, reputation, as well as appropriate personnel; not being under a suspension order, having its bidding rights revoked, or having its assets seized, frozen or being in bankruptcy ； 6. No significant illegal records such as bid fraud or serious breach of contract in the past three years ； 7. **Other qualification requirements stipulated by laws and administrative regulations** ； 8. Joint bids are not accepted for this tender. 9. Other qualification requirements specified in the tender documents; in the event of any discrepancy between the qualification requirements stated in this announcement and those described in the tender documents, the latter shall prevail.
