They established a coal quality improvement team that conducts regular on-site inspections at coal storage locations to identify problems, analyze their causes, and develop appropriate solutions. They introduced management protocols for coal quality, ensuring standardized control over the entire process from coal receipt to distribution. Measures such as having coal quality supervisors stationed at mines, screening coal in whole vehicles, and using recorders were implemented to reduce the amount of impurities in the coal from the source. 　　It is understood that the 180-project gasification unit is operated and managed by a joint venture established by Lu’an Group and the American company AP. Since the beginning of this year, Lu’an Coal-based Clean Energy Company has been continuously strengthening the construction of a coordination and management system for its joint venture partners, fostering cultural integration between them through information sharing, resource exchange, technical cooperation, and mutual improvement in management practices. 　　In response to equipment and design issues that arose during the operation of large-scale projects, the company promptly communicated and coordinated with AP Company, successfully resolving problems such as frequent shutdowns of the coal feed line and gas leaks that affected the stable operation of the gasification unit. By innovating working approaches and refining the control of process operation parameters, the stability of the unit’s operation was improved.
