In response to the problems of fusel oil waste and environmental concerns associated with the methanol distillation process, it developed and applied technical upgrades aimed at concentrating and reducing fusel oil. Some of the fusel oil obtained from the distillation process was sent back to the distillation tower for further concentration, raising the concentration of fusel oil from around 10% to over 40%. This approach allows for an increase in the production of high-quality methanol by more than 2,000 tons per year, while still meeting the requirements for high-quality methanol products. The Gasification Skill Improvement Studio focuses on the actual operating conditions of the equipment, exploring its potential in terms of safety, environmental protection, energy savings, and efficiency improvement. To address issues such as the strong odor generated by the on-site storage of sludge and high treatment costs, it conducts extensive research and experiments. By optimizing processes, it incorporates sludge-containing wastewater into the rod mills to replace part of the water used in pulp production, resulting in annual savings of over 600,000 yuan. Since the beginning of this year, the implementation of various improvement projects such as sludge mixing in rod mills, recovery of high-flash-point materials, and modifications to the pipelines in the gasification furnace has provided the necessary ‘drive’ for the efficient, stable, and economical operation of the facility. Focusing on \"basic goals + individual goals,\" the various specialized skill workshops, while carrying out predetermined research projects, carefully collect and analyze various problems that arise during the operation of the equipment. They actively summarize practical experience and translate it into tangible results. Over the past year, more than 20 \"five-small\" innovation and efficiency improvement projects have been proposed, along with 21 patent applications and 35 scientific papers. These efforts have created favorable conditions for the stable operation of the production system, thereby promoting high-quality development in terms of production safety, equipment management, and technological upgrades.
