On July 17, 2025, the 300,000 tons per year diesel upgrading and efficiency improvement project undertaken by Shenmu Tianyuan Chemical Co., Ltd. under Shaanxi Coal and Chemical Industry Group successfully passed the trial production inspection and performance assessment organized by the group. This indicates that all operational parameters of the project, such as production capacity, product quality, and energy consumption, have met the design requirements. The expert group conducted a comprehensive acceptance of the project by checking the operating status of the equipment on-site, reviewing engineering archives and approval documents, and comparing pilot production data. Upon verification, this project has a sound safety production organization structure, comprehensive safety systems and operating procedures, and its operators are certified after receiving specialized training ； The equipment operates stably at the designed load, the product quality meets the company’s technical standards, and the consumption of raw materials and utility resources is below the specified limits ； Supporting facilities such as environmental protection, fire protection, and occupational health have been put into use simultaneously and are operating properly. The expert group unanimously agreed that all criteria for this project met the acceptance standards, and approved its acceptance following trial production as well as performance evaluation. At the acceptance meeting, Tianyuan Company provided a detailed report on the preparations for performance evaluation and trial production, covering aspects such as the project overview and the handling of internal and external procedures. The design unit, the construction unit, and the supervision unit of the project respectively gave reports on the progress of the project construction.
