The exhaust gas from fluorite drying has a strong unpleasant odor; the SO2 concentration is 80 mg/m3, the NOX concentration is 20 mg/m3, and the dust concentration ranges between 10–30 mg/m3. I would like to know why the exhaust gas has such a strong odor and what measures can be taken to address this issue We welcome everyone to recommend environmental protection organizations with governance experience.
I wonder, OP, if you did any preprocessing to the material before drying it; this odor might be caused by the chemicals added during flotation that weren’t properly removed. Governance? It’s necessary to find out what chemicals are added in the processing plant in order to take appropriate actions.
It is mainly the flotation agents that are carried away through evaporation during the gas drying process. Some lithium battery ore processing plants employ a washing process, installing nozzles for spraying water directly on the exhaust pipes, but this approach is basically ineffective.
