Recently, at the site of the Wangsheng High-End Seals for Fluorine-Containing Materials project in the Renze Economic Development Zone, Hebei Province, workers have been hurriedly carrying out the installation of steel components. According to Wu Liqiang, project manager, at present, the main part of the production workshop has been completed, and construction has begun on auxiliary facilities such as a research and office building. This project is a key municipal project involving an investment of 130 million yuan. It includes the construction of production workshops, warehouses, laboratories, research office buildings, and other auxiliary facilities, as well as the acquisition of 50 sets of high-end fully automated production equipment along with related supporting facilities. Once the project is fully operational, it will be able to produce 100 million high-end fluorine-containing material seals per year. It is understood that once this project is completed and put into operation, its products will be widely used in various high-end fields such as the automotive industry, aerospace, petrochemicals, and semiconductor manufacturing. In fluorinated seals, fluorine atoms replace hydrogen atoms found in ordinary seals; this is akin to giving the seals an ‘invisible cloak’. Under conditions such as high temperatures and exposure to strong acids and alkalis, fluorinated seals exhibit superior resistance to corrosion, high pressure, low permeability, and excellent flame retardancy, making them more suitable for use in high-end applications. “After the project was launched, we promptly activated the fast-track service for approvals and agency services. We formed a dedicated team to provide assistance and agency services, assigned specific personnel to monitor the project’s progress, and offered personalized one-on-one services. ”Wu Qunbo, director of the Approval and Service Center in Renze Economic Development Zone, said that in order to accelerate the progress of construction projects carried out by enterprises, the staff from the approval departments in Renze Economic Development Zone go directly to the sites to resolve issues related to the completion and acceptance of these projects, providing precise support throughout the process. At the same time, by focusing on the entire lifecycle of service construction projects, they shifted from waiting for approvals to providing proactive services, thereby boosting the overall speed of approval processes for such projects.
