Zhongke Fluorine Source plans to build a 100,000-ton/year perfluorinated immersion coolant facility! On December 6, the first public announcement regarding the environmental impact assessment of the standardized and digital production facility for high-purity fluorine and fluorinated immersion cooling fluids at Zhongke Fuyuan (Nanchong) Technology Development Co., Ltd. was released. It is understood that the project is located in the Nanchong Economic Development Chemical Park, covering a total land area of about 176 mu. It is planned to produce 100,000 tons of perfluorinated immersion cooling fluid per year. The construction of factories, intelligent warehouses and other structures will cover an area of about 50,000 square meters. In addition, outdoor facilities and utility systems will be installed, with space reserved for a production line capable of producing about 1,000 tons of high-purity fluorine gas to support the development of downstream industries in the fine fluorine chemical sector (without any storage involved). According to Tianyancha, Zhongke Fuyuan (Nanchong) Technology Development Co., Ltd. was established on October 31, 2024, and is jointly owned by Zhongke Fuyuan (Sichuan) Technology Development Co., Ltd. and Zhongke Xingyao (Nanchong) New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. Zhongke Fuyuan (Sichuan) Technology Development Co., Ltd. was established in 2024; it is a member of the agricultural services network operated by supply and marketing cooperatives. Located in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, the company is engaged in the manufacturing of chemical raw materials and chemical products. Zhongke Xingyao (Nanchong) New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2024; it is a member of Zhonghan Technology Economic Development Group and is located in Nanchong City, Sichuan Province. It is an enterprise focused on the promotion and application of technology in various services. It is understood that this project is part of the Zhongke Xingyao Fluorinated New Materials Industry Base developed by Zhongke Xingyao (Nanchong) New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. In August 2024, Zhongke Fenghui Technology Group signed an agreement with Nanchong, marking the official establishment of the group’s “Zhongke Xingyao Fluorinated New Materials Industry Base” in Nanchong. Zhongke Fenghui Technology Group will establish a strategic presence in Nanchong for the development of new fluorinated materials, leveraging high-quality technology and a skilled team to vigorously advance the commercialization of cutting-edge technological achievements in areas such as high-purity fluoride production, fluorinated graphite, immersion-type liquid coolants for fluorine-based chemical industries, and water-based fluorinated flame retardants.
