The tenderer has the right, based on the bidding situation and the overall requirements for project progress, to divide the equipment included in the package and award separate contracts for each item to different successful bidders. 3. Joint bids are accepted for this tender. III. Qualification requirements for bidders 1. Bidders must be entities registered in China with independent legal person status, and possess the ability to assume civil liability independently ； It has a sound financial position, holds a license for the production of special equipment for prefabricated pipe sections in factory settings, as well as the qualifications to manufacture and install GC1 pipeline fittings. It also possesses bank credit certificates or a certificate indicating an AAA rating for its corporate financial creditworthiness ； 2. Bidders are required to have a registered capital of 20 million yuan or more, and must provide the complete annual balance sheet and income statement for the previous fiscal year. They must also have good banking credit and commercial reputation, not be in a state of being ordered to cease operations or going bankrupt, and their assets must not be restructured, taken over, or frozen ； 3. Performance requirements: At least 2 sets of similar online operation records over the past three years are required. Provide a performance sheet and scanned copies of representative contracts (the performance sheet should include the specifications used, quantities, years, operation or usage details, as well as the user’s name, full address, contact person, and phone number) ； 4. Other qualification requirements specified in the tender documents; in the event of any discrepancies between the qualification requirements stated in this announcement and those described in the tender documents, the latter shall prevail. 5. The ability to perform the contract, including the required professional and technical qualifications and capabilities, financial resources, equipment and other facilities, management skills, experience, reputation, and appropriate personnel ； 6.
